I had the family over tonight for dinner and fireworks and we had a blast. Uncle Richard and Pawpaw helped the kids shoot fireworks and Collin was launching some rockets! Hunter and Collin were going nuts! Thanks you guys for coming over. Meda was there but she stayed in the shadows! She eventually did a sparkler at the end, thanks Pawpaw for helping her get the courage!
So, I haven't been updating my blog!
Hunter has been doing really well in middle school, so far. He seems to really be enjoying it and is keeping up on all of his work(that I know of).
I got a promotion at my job and so did Richard! I guess there isn't much we can complain about but I am sure we still do... :(
Hunter just had his 12th birthday, which to me is unbelieveable. I can't belive my baby is almost a teenager. He is such a good kid and hasn't given me much trouble at all in his 12 yrs. I am very lucky.
Ok, not much more to tell right now. I will try to keep up with the times!
Hunter went to Paw Paw's this weekend to visit and had a blast learning how to use tools! He said that he used the needle nose pliers, 9/16 socket and wrench, flat pliers, spark plug socket and a few others. They took the tiller apart and put it back together. It looks awesome!
Meda and Collin met a new friend, Gabriel. They bonded over strawberries, peanuts, marshmellows, ham sandwiches, juice boxes, fruit snacks, baby carrots and baseball! (I am not kidding-we were there for 6 hours)
Meda and Collin are staying the weekend with us! They really enjoy spending time with Hunter..they made a Hunter sammich!
Hunter lost a tooth about a week ago but I am just getting around to posting it...
Ok, so here are some pictures of my flower bed. I took out two bushes and added lots more flowers. The last picture is of Hunter's pineapple plant. We just got that about a month ago so I hope it grows and continues to give us pineapples! 
Hunter lost a tooth..which we added to his tooth collection from past years. He has yet to cash in on one. He told me when he lost his first tooth that he was going to save all of them and cash in at the same time.
Hunter is at Aunt Marby's house this week for spring break. I know he enjoys having time away from school and us for a while.
We are in the process of getting a patio poured in our back yard so hopefully I will have some pictures to put on here soon. I am getting anxious! It will be so nice to have a place to hang out other than a chair in the driveway! I also redid my flower bed in the front yard..I just know that my neighbors are sp jealous! I will post pics of that as well..(I am proud of myself).

Ok, so I am doing this so that maybe I can keep everyone updated on what we are doing nowa'days. I can't make any promises on how much I will keep it up but I will give it my best.
So, not too much changes on a daily basis with my little family.
Hunter is in baseball again and seems pretty excited about it. He has gotten so much better since he played two years ago. We have practice three days a week but it is not too bad because it breaks up the busy work week. He is also getting ready to take his TAKS test for fifth grade, such a stressful thing for the kids..
Richard is working way too much as usual but the bread has to get buttered some how. LOL..J'K. kinda His birthday is coming up on the 17th and he wants a bedliner for his truck so we plan on getting that done on Saturday...it will be nice!
As for myself! Working at a job that I love that is close to home so I can't complain. Richard and I are still trying to get pregnant but we haven't given up yet. I am still trying to figure out my body's cycle. Things are a little different when you are 30 versus when you are 18..just a little.
Oh, one more thing. I finally am changing my name! I already changed it at work but I am going to go on the 17th and change it legally--kind of scary. Come this summer we will work on Hunter's name. Richard is going to adopt him and we will all be Masuda!
